Order a Custom Piece

Every piece is unique. Here's how the ordering process works:

  • Describe Your Idea

    Tell us about your project—its design, size, and intended purpose (gift, interior decoration, sign, etc.). If you already have a 3D model (STL, for example created in ArtCAM), you can send it right away.

  • Sketch Approval

    If you don't have a ready-made file, we'll create a digital design based on your description. The design cost is already included in the final price. Two rounds of revisions are included free of charge; additional changes are discussed separately. The final price is confirmed before production begins.

  • Payment via Etsy

    For the security of both parties, payment is accepted exclusively through our secure Etsy shop. We'll send you a private listing with the agreed price.

  • Production

    Production time depends on the complexity of the project—usually from a few days to 2–3 weeks.

  • Delivery

    We ship worldwide from Ukraine.

Estimated Price:

The final cost depends on the size, carving complexity, and wood type. Small signs and souvenirs start at a lower price, while intricate icons and gilded coats of arms are priced individually after the design is approved.
